Card of Thanks
I am writing this letter to you to express my thanks and gratitude for the service I received from Elle Dell she helped me plan his celebration at your funeral home on Dec 13th. My husband, Ron Albinati passed away Dec 7th the compassion, empathy and service I received from Elle was over and beyond. I would like to thank the funeral staff as well the as well they were tremendous. I want to mention in my day to day life I work in the oil and gas industry as a Procurement Manager. I deal with people from COO, Vendors to Rig guys. I am normally a very strong individual, when it came time to walk behind my husband Elle was there for me(she actually had to hold me up). She helped me through the whole process from start to finish.
The professionalism I received was an outstanding along with so much caring. I deal with customer service on a day to day basis. I must say that now that I have had abit of time to reflect back she is fabulous at her job. We don’t see this very much anymore I find and I think it is very important to pass along the “Thank you” when we do. I am sure you see this lots, but at this time in my life I couldn’t of went through this without her. I will make sure to pass along my recommendation to anyone in NEED in regards to your services and of course let them know to ask for Elle Dell.
Again thanks so much for all you did for Ron and myself

A belated Thank You for the Terrific Assistance with helping us plan our Fathers Celebration of Life.
Jolene and team were AMAZING!! Jolene was GREAT to work with, and we walked away with feeling that it was totally UNDER CONTROL in a difficult time. From our 1st walk in the door, we felt at ease and comfortable and the Parkland team was willing to assist us to make our service go smoothly. The service was Joyful and light hearted and exactly what we wanted out of our celebration, and were able to put the Fun back into Funeral. The food was spot on and we received several comments. We couldn't of done this without your team of professionals. Thank you for all the help before and after. Great Work Team. Thank You the Demoline Family.
Thank you very much for putting on an excellent funeral for my dad. Everyone there said it was very well done.
Thanks very much.
I would like to thank Jolene for the handling of our situation,
it was with sincere caring and guidance that helped us along and
took a little wait off our shoulders as well as gave us a little piece of mind...
Thank You Jolene Santee
Just want to let you know that I really liked dealing with you at Parkland - I appreciated the reminders and all of your help. You are very professional, easy to talk to, compassionate and "real" for lack of a better word.
Enjoy the rest of your internship - I'm sure you'll do well!
